Casali di Bibbiano operates as a full-production winery of Tuscan wines that have won numerous Wine Spectator awards. Additionally, high-quality olive oil is pressed from the olive trees growing on the country estate. 

 

The grape varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, super Tuscan wine Casali di Bibbiano’s Merlot and Sangiovese. All grapes are grown and fermented on over 25 acres of fertile vineyards.

 

The grapes are picked at peak times by Alberto Guadagnini, his staff and villa guests lucky enough to be present during harvest time from late-September to early-October. From the vine, the wines are masterfully blended and aged from 12 to 30 months in French oak barrels.

 

Once bottled, the wines are proudly served to dining guests here at Salute! in Sarasota, as well as being distributed to fine restaurants and wine collectors throughout the world.
